A Public Policy of Open Government
The Florida Constitution and Florida Statutes 搂119 and 搂286 safeguard every Floridian’s right to access government meetings and public records. Everyone has the right to obtain public records unless the Legislature has allowed an exemption, or the records are otherwise confidential. Residents and media can easily request public records from 新澳门六合彩 Government. Those requesting records are responsible for any cost of providing the documentation, which includes staff time, cost of copies and other costs that are associated with the request.
